Quality should also apply to the work of people with disabilities, in order to prioritise inclusion in the regular labour market, since this is the environment where all the elements are regulated (salaries, categories, social benefits when possible, training). Regulation in Spain allows that those comoanies that dont comply the quota for Pple with disabilities, can scape by financing sheltered work options.
