Search what they actually wrote

Every word of all 29,503 submissions across 326 files — and the 16,529 position papers attached to them. The comment box is a summary; the paper is the argument, and it runs about fifteen times longer. Type a clause, an article number, or a phrase you suspect is being copy-pasted between organizations, and see who wrote it.

Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller. About this data →

Literal matching, no relevance model — you see exactly what you asked for, and a zero is a real zero across the whole corpus. Source: European Commission “Have Your Say”. Where a submission was filed in another EU language, the searchable text is the English the Commission publishes alongside it. Organizations only, never individuals: contact details are removed from the papers before they are indexed, and any passage that contained them is withheld from results. We do not republish the documents themselves — each result links to the European Commission’s own record, where the paper can be read in full.
