The European Federation for Family Employment & Home Care (EFFE) welcomes the European Commission's initiative to develop a Right to Stay Strategy and submits this contribution on behalf of the millions of families and individuals across Europe who directly employ domestic & home care workers for childcare, care of older persons, support for people with disabilities, and work-life balance.
