What they argued
SALAR stresses that the Member States remain responsible for the organisation and content of vocational education and training systems. SALAR however thinks that a European VET strategy, with relevant priorities, can provide common orientation, coordination and support at EU level to improve the quality, relevance and resilience of these systems.
The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) declared at Gothenburg Summit the 17th November 2017 that collective bargaining is at the heart of the Swedish labour market. We have a high level of organization for trade unions and employers’ associations.
