We introduce on the market several fertilizing products, as PFC 1, PFC6 and PFC 7, despite the lack of components in CMC 7 and 10. Its very disappointing that this regulation was cited as the priority of the circular economy package and 6 years after its publication, were still waiting the update to include the Animal By-Products and enlarge the list of microrganisms.

For 50 years, we manufacture in our own plants in Italy and supply innovative solutions for farmers in more than 15 European countries. Our product portfolio is composed of organic fertilizers, vegetal and microbial biostimulants. All these products are legally registered in Italy.
Hello Nature International wants to warmly thank the Commission for the publication of the Commission delegated regulation draft related to the CMC10. Indeed, this delegated regulation is highly anticipated by the industry. A thorough reading of the proposed text allowed us to note a few editorial errors that are described in the enclosed text.
Regarding the sector of Fertilizing Products, the proposed split between organic fertilizers and inorganic fertilizers is not relevant. In fact, a new EU regulation defines the fertilizing products (EU 2019/1009).
