AFAÏA is the French Federation representing companies specialized in the manufacture of innovative and sustainable fertilising products: growing media, organic soil improvers, organic and organo-mineral fertilizers and biostimulants. Today, we represent more than one hundred companies involved at least one of these fields.
Representing more than 100 suppliers of fertilisers and innovative inputs of sustainable crop crops, AFAla is the trade union of operators in the cultivation media, mulching, organic soil improvers, organic and organo-mineral fertilisers and biostimulants sector. In general, AFAla can only welcome this initiative.

AFAIA, the professional association representing French players in the fertiliser and growing media sector, welcomes the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 (FPR). This harmonised framework represents a major step forward by integrating biostimulants into European regulations, setting stricter safety requirements, and paving the way for the free movement of fertiliser products within the internal market.

AFAÏA (formerly CAS), the French representative of companies supplying innovative fertilizers and inputs for sustainable plant cultivation, has a official mandate since 2010 from the “Autorité de la concurrence” concerning its activity of collecting statistical data on the organic and organo-mineral fertilisers, organic soil Improvers, liming materials, growing media and plant biostimulants markets.
