Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Who they are

Among the 1205 trade and business associations on this site, they rank #497 by legislative files engaged — a count of participation, not a measure of influence.

What they argued

Clean corporate vehiclesfiled 4 Aug 2025source

My opinion on any mandatory purchases of ZEVs is negative. Particularly in the case of commercial vehicles, trucks, and buses, it is unacceptable to force operators to purchase technology that still has significantly worse operating conditions than vehicles with combustion engines.

Road vehicles: maximum weights and dimensionsfiled 24 Jan 2022source

Good Day, vehicle technology has advanced significantly, therefore it would be appropriate to increase the dimensions, in particular the length of vehicles, and to allow the use of 25,25 metres modular combinations, in order to reduce emissions. A longer articulated vehicle or even two or three-axle vehicles, e.g. 1.5 metres, can operate on the road without problems.

Combined transport: support framework for intermodal transport of goods; calculation of external costs savings and generation of aggregated datafiled 6 Dec 2023source

thank you for the opportunity to comment on the proposal. The amendment of the Combined Transport Directive was our long-standing wish to ensure that combined transport and transport operators and customers can use it efficiently. Unfortunately, in our view, the Commission’s proposal does not reflect the realities of the world and the market at all.
