We recognise the importance of addressing environmental challenges and promoting sustainable development in all areas, including those that are less populated.

The provinces of Soria, Cuenca and Teruel are dependent on road transport due to the lack of adequate rail connections, making them more vulnerable to changes in emissions regulations.
