The International Trademark Association (INTA) is pleased to provide the following comments and suggestions to the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and the Council on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the Union, repealing Directive (EU) 2016/1148 or (hereafter “NIS2 Directive”).

Introductory words Unifab is very thankful for the opportunity given by the European Commission and especially DG AGRI to share its views and inputs regarding the revision of the EU geographical indications scheme. This revision is eagerly awaited for a large part of the French and European members of our association, that are particularly involved into the protection and promotion of geographical indications.
