Compare organizations

Consultation participation and their own register declarations, side by side. Counts, not judgments — participation is not influence.

Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Equal pay for equal work or work of equal value (pay transparency and enforcement mechanisms)

Ceemet · filed 3 Feb 2020 · source

Ceemet, the European Tech and Industry Employers across the EU, supports the objective of reducing the pay gap between men and women. Actual pay discrimination between men and women is unacceptable – and already prohibited by existing EU and national legislation. In the general discussion, pay differences between men and women are however often mistaken with pay discrimination.

SMEunited · filed 3 Feb 2020 · source

Closing the gender pay gap is an important challenge linked to many underlying factors. SMEunited is committed to promote the equal pay principle and to combat all forms of discrimination at the workplace. However, the gender pay gap is broader than the concept of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, making it a complex issue to tackle.

Protection of workers from asbestos

Ceemet · filed 22 Mar 2022 · source

Introduction The revision, or setting of, Occupational Exposure Limits (OELs) and Biological Limit Values (BLVs) for substances must be done based on sound scientific evidence and via social partner consultation. A careful impact assessment must be made on forthcoming proposals for substances based on the costs and administrative burdens that follow.

SMEunited · filed 22 Mar 2022 · source

SMEunited believes that harmonised implementation of the existing OEL in the relevant sectors is the right approach and should be the first step before considering to further tighten limits, which, in addition, may not be feasible to be implemented in practice by Crafts and SMEs. Additional costs for the sectors more at risk of dealing with asbestos and consumers should be taken into account.

Ceemet response to the European Commission feedback on an adopted act amending Directive 2009/148/EC on Asbestos Ceemet welcomes the initiative of the European Commission, released on 28 September 2022, as it proposes an occupational exposure limit value (OEL) of 0.01 fibres/cm³ which was the proposal of both governments and employers in the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health.
