Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Who they are

Among the 361 trade unions and professional associations on this site, they rank #186 by legislative files engaged — a count of participation, not a measure of influence.

What they argued

Evaluation of the Public Procurement Directivesfiled 6 Mar 2025PDFsource

The Associations of French Societies of Motorways and Toll Works (ASFA) and its members wish to contribute, which will focus on an evaluation of Directive 2014/23/EU on the award of concession contracts. The ASFA and its members are convinced that this text meets its objectives and is fit for the current challenges.

Road vehicles: maximum dimensions in national and international traffic and maximum weights in international traffic. Codificationfiled 1 Feb 2022PDFsource

The ASFA and its members are of the opinion that this proposal for a directive should be limited to a codification exercise and does not make any changes to the provisions on PTRA and the dimensions of heavy goods vehicles. An increase in the PTRA would have a direct and significant impact on the infrastructure of the motorway network, reducing the safety margins taken into account when designing the works.

Organizations that also filed on at least two of the same consultations. A shared interest in the same dossiers — not evidence of coordination, and we do not suggest any.

Is this your organization?

Everything on this page comes from ASFA’s own submissions to the European Commission — we have added nothing and interpreted nothing.
