Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
OPPBTP filed 2 positions between 10 Feb 2019 and 21 Mar 2022, across 2 of the 583 legislative files tracked here, attaching a full position paper 1 time.

As regards diisocyanates, in the BTP sector, it is mainly met with the 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), which is a component of polyurethane foams (PU) used in the projection insulation works. There are no binding OELs for diisocyanates in France. The MDI has a non-regulatory indicative OEL set by circular at 0,01 ppm or 0.1 mg/m³.
