The IP.rec argues that the strategy should cover the full range of uses of the network and that access to messages can be reduced to the detriment of physical, economic and psychologically individuals. The weakening of cryptography to protect the confidentiality of information, authenticity in the exchange of messages and integrity of the data flow creates more risks for society than benefits.
