Deutsche Umwelthilfe (DUH) welcomes the European Commissions initiative to address CO2 mitigation regarding corporate vehicle fleets and recommends implementing a Clean Corporate Vehicles Regulation with a binding 100% BEV target in 2030 for corporate fleets.

The Polish EKO-AUTO Vehicle Deconstruction Station Association was the only organisation in Poland to consult extensively on the draft Regulation. Between 3 and 20 October 2023, meetings were held throughout the country with the owners and staff of the dismantling centre (ELV). It should be stressed that the provisions of the draft Regulation are crucial for the continued operation of dismantling centres in Europe.
