Consultation participation and their own register declarations, side by side. Counts, not judgments — participation is not influence.
Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
Register facts self-declared (snapshot 2 Sept 2026); cost bands are floors. Shared files are shared attention, not evidence of coordination.

SICK AG welcomes the revision of the European Machinery Directive and the opportunity to provide feedback for important improvements to the MD. The current MD has not been revised since the NLF and therefore requires many alignments.
The competitiveness of European industry and the simultaneous maintenance of the highest level of safety and protection can only be maintained through legislation that is technology-neutral and open. The BDI expressly welcomes the alignment of the proposal for a Regulation on Machinery Products with the New Legislative Framework.
With regard to the MRV, in which the CO2 emissions are reported, we have the following comments: Almost 100% of the CO2 emissions are currently calculated from the fuel consumption of the engines / boilers. The consumption is almost never measured directly, but read manually from gauges (before / after) or roughly estimated by sounding the tanks (the accepted tolerance in the bunker process alone is 4%).
To stay ahead in the global race for the best climate and energy technology solutions, companies need a clear and reliable fit-for-55 implementation plan providing a clear commitment to Europe as an attractive business, investment and innovation location.
