Side by side

Compare organizations

Consultation participation and their own register declarations, side by side. Counts, not judgments — participation is not influence.

Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Rail ticketing

Norwegian Railway Authority · filed 28 Jul 2026 · source

The Norwegian regulatory body welcomes the proposed Regulation on rail ticketing. In particular, the proposal could help address challenges relating to the market conditions for railway undertakings (RU). A specific regulation is essential to prevent potential market distortions arising from vertical integration between online ticketing service providers and RUs with a significant market presence.

Italo Holding SpA · filed 29 Jul 2026 · source

Italo welcomes the European legislators initiative aimed at removing some of the barriers that continue to hinder the development of effective competition in the rail sector. Italo believes that this represents an important initiative and shares the objective of making rail transport increasingly simple, accessible and attractive for European citizens.

Regulation on train drivers’ certification

Norwegian Railway Authority · filed 7 Feb 2022 · source

The Norwegian Railway Authority, as the national safety authority in Norway, refer to the Call for evidence for an impact assessment for improving mobility for train drivers. We can agree on the presented issues and recognise a need for more common rules. We welcome the initiative for an increase in the common requirements for driver-certification.

UNIFORMITY OF TRAINING — Even within the same Member State, there are considerable differences in the training programmes specific to each training provider. — This is not simply linked to differences in the operating environment, but above all to the diversity of training provided in terms of programmes, content and methodologies.
