Designs are a fundamental intellectual property right for the LVMH Group Houses and the relevant legal framework is a major topic for the Group.

However, not all revisions and additions contribute to clearer and simpler rules for SMEs, e.g. limiting design strictly to visible components or delegating power in delicate matters such as appeal proceedings.
