Dear All, The Air Services Regulation (EU 1008/2008) has been under analysis for review for some years. We recognise that the Regulation has been of benefit to both the aviation industry and European consumers. Nevertheless, the evaluation carried out in 2019 identified several areas for improvement to adapt to the changes in the functioning of the internal market for air services.
