Consultation participation and their own register declarations, side by side. Counts, not judgments — participation is not influence.
Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
Register facts self-declared (snapshot 2 Sept 2026); cost bands are floors. Shared files are shared attention, not evidence of coordination.

Unesid, representing the steel and first steel processing industry, supports the increase in the maximum mass of lorries to 44 tonnes and the free transit between Member States of vehicles of this tonnage. Each journey by which the load carried is increased from the current approximately 18 t in different MSs to 22 t results in a reduction of CO2 and other pollutants (NOx, SO2, PM2,5...) of 18 % per voyage.
