Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 589/2008: By way of derogation from paragraph 1 (S, M, L, XL), where grade A eggs of different weight classes are packed in the same package, the minimum net weight of the eggs shall be indicated in grams and the words ‘eggs of different sizes’ or other equivalent words shall be indicated on the outside of the package.
