Working space and work should be a safe environment for LGBTI + people and not a place of danger where the only option is invisibility. The results achieved by the European ADIM project advancing LGBT diversity management in the public and private sector show that only 28 % is openly visible as an LGTBI person in their workplace when 34 % in their private life is.
