In recent years, the presence of tactics in culture has been a major problem due to drought. The number of acaricides is not suitable for all developmental forms and can be used to successfully control a few. Sumi Agro Hungary Kft. A preparation of Kanemite 15 SC (acequinocyl) was authorised 2 years ago in several horticultural crops and seed maize.

Subject: Comments in support of the proposed amendment concerning veneer sheets under ex CN 4408 90 85 AEFCON supports the proposed revision of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 concerning phytosanitary requirements applicable to thin veneer sheets. The proposed recitals 6 and 7 appropriately apply the scientific findings of EFSA.

EURAMETs European Metrology Network on Safe and Sustainable Food (EMN SFF) welcomes the science-based update of the protective measures established by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072. The draft introduces new Union quarantine pests, changes the regulatory coverage of Begomoviruses, sets import requirements for certain citrus fruit and wood products, and corrects scientific names and terminology.

The Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development supports the inclusion of high-risk pests by EFSA and EPO in the list of Union quarantine pests, as this contributes to mitigating phytosanitary risks and minimising the damage caused.

PAYR supports the proposed amendments to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 as they strengthen EU plant health protection and are particularly important for safeguarding high plant health status production systems, such as Finnish seed potato production.
KCB, the Dutch inspection agency appointed by the NPPO, is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the amendment. A key consideration is the new plant passport requirement for end-products (tubers) of Zingiber officinale and Curcuma longa, in cases where these originate from a defined area for Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum.
Unfortunately, the import controls carried out at the control posts of the Länder in Germany in recent years have confirmed that, in particular, consumer ginger and curcuma originating in Peru and China were highly infested with Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum. In particular, ginger and less turmeric are also crops grown and marketed in domestic vitreous vegetables. Organic production is particularly attractive here.

In the proposed amendment document to Regulation 2019/2072, there is no reference to the RNQp of the vine. However, the undersigned Association of Viticultural Nurseries of Friuli Venezia Giulia considers it important also to refer to the Vitis genus to better specify the inspection procedures and criteria for the mother plant fields and nurseries concerning RNQP.
