Please find enclosed input from the Federation of Norwegian Industries to the proposal that revises the regulation on shipments of waste. Multilateral cooperation: Article 30 in the proposal for a new regulation concerns border area agreements and the possibility for MS to conclude bilateral agreements to make the notification procedure for shipments of specific waste flows less stringent.
