What they argued

Simplifying and reducing the burden of the rules on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, and support of the European Medicines Agency for the expert panels on medical devices and the list of Union harmonisation legislationfiled 22 Sept 2025PDFsource

Feedback Medical devices and in vitro diagnostics – targeted revision of EU rules We understand the benefits of high-quality products and the benefits of regulation. On individual level this is very clear to see. If you use a product that has a direct impact on your health, you don’t want that product to be crap, right? Of course. We need certification and oversight to help us know which products we can trust.

Sensotrend is a health-tech startup and a founding member of the MyData Global organization. We appreciate the goals of the Commission and support the aims of creating a single market for data, where data from public bodies, business and citizens can be used safely and fairly for the common good. To get there, the Data Governance Act is a good step.
