The Commission's proposal is good in principle, particularly the goal to promote the circular economy and the operation of the internal market in the construction sector. It important to have the opportunity to re-use construction products on a wider scale than at present.
The goal of the regulation is excellent and it is compact. This regulation has much in common with the existing national regulation. It is good to have the similar common regulation in the whole EU. Free access to the open data could be beneficial many more parties and could create more innovations with increased efficiency and productivity. If the data has price in it, it only benefits those who are able to pay.
