IKEM — Innovations and chemical industries in Sweden would like to take the opportunity to comment on the proposal of 14th ATP to CLP. The draft ATP contains the titanium dioxide listed, and our appeal to the Commission and the Member States is to remove the titanium dioxide from the proposal for an ATP, since there are still a number of unresolved questions and uncertainties. We list the most important ones below.
