The second European lottery, the Française des Jeux (FDJ), wishes to point out that, in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity, and in accordance with the settled case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, it is for the authorities of each Member State to agree on the applicable law and prosecution in relation to gambling.
