Consultation participation and their own register declarations, side by side. Counts, not judgments — participation is not influence.
Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
Register facts self-declared (snapshot 2 Sept 2026); cost bands are floors. Shared files are shared attention, not evidence of coordination.

The Bioenergy Association of Finland supports a well-prepared transition towards EU’s climate neutrality by 2050. Climate change is a transboundary problem, where coordinated EU action can supplement and reinforce national and local action efficiently.
FinCo Fuel Group and GoodFuels welcome the revision of the Emission Trading System (ETS) as part of the Fit for 55 Package. With the inclusion of the road and maritime sector we believe an important step will be taken to advance further CO2-emission reductions and to reach European climate goals.
The Bioenergy Association of Finland welcomes the Commission proposal to revise the EU ETS as part of the Fit-for-55 package. The EU ETS is an important tool to implement the enhanced 2030 Climate Target. The EU ETS has proven its ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the Union. It is technology-neutral and provides plenty of flexibility for its participants to fulfill the related obligations.
FinCo Fuel Group and GoodFuels welcome the revision of the European Tax Directive (ETD) as part of the Fit for 55 Package. We support the proposed adaptations which ensure excises structures will stimulate the use of sustainable low carbon energy. In order to achieve this, certain amendments to the current proposal are however needed to propel the transition from fossil fuels to sustainable renewable alternatives.
Bioenergy Association of Finland supports the target to reach EU climate neutrality in a socially, economically and ecologically sustainable way prior to 2050. The Association underlines the need to agree a balanced FF55 package that supports the -55 % emissions reduction goal rather than a wide set of other goals. The ETD proposal sets taxation levels based on environmental impacts as well as based on end use.
The Bioenergy Association of Finland welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback to this initiative. We believe regulation should be first and foremost technology-neutral by defining the target but not the technical means to achieve it. Alternative fuels are clearly an important means to reduce harmful effects of transport.
We, GoodFuels, appreciate the EU’s efforts in leading the energy transition and tackling GHG emissions in the maritime sector. Given the cross-border nature of this sector, it is the right approach to address its GHG impact on EU level and thereby set an example for the international shipping sector to follow. An important aspect of reducing GHG emissions is the availability of alternative fuels.
We appreciate this important initiative on sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and the opportunity to comment. This initiative will help to achieve reductions in GHG emissions from aviation. The use of SAFs present an immediate solution with significant reduction potential.
GoodFuels position on ReFuelEU Aviation. We appreciate the EU’s efforts in leading the energy transition and, besides road transport, now also tackling GHG emissions in both the maritime and aviation sector. Given the cross-border nature of those sectors, it is the right approach to address its GHG impact on EU level and thereby set an example for the international maritime and aviation industry.
We appreciate the opportunity to comment this important initiative, which supports achieving necessary GHG emission reductions in maritime transport. The use of low- and zero-carbon alternative fuels, including biofuels, presents an immediate solution with a significant reduction potential. The development and uptake of these fuels will be critical for achieving a more sustainable future for maritime transport.
We appreciate the European Union’s efforts in leading the energy transition and tackling GHG emissions in the maritime sector. Given the cross-border nature of shipping, it is the right approach to address its GHG impact on a Union level and thereby set an example for the international shipping community to follow.
