Consultation participation and their own register declarations, side by side. Counts, not judgments — participation is not influence.
Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
Register facts self-declared (snapshot 2 Sept 2026); cost bands are floors. Shared files are shared attention, not evidence of coordination.

GE Aviation fully supports the widespread adoption of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) and the objectives being pursued by the ReFuel EU Aviation initiative. While technological innovation and advancement will provide foundational carbon emission reduction opportunities for the mid-to-long term, the use of SAFs present a more immediate solution with significant reduction potential (up to 80%).
Neste Corporation (see www.neste.com) supports the Green Deal’s ambition for climate neutrality in 2050 and welcomes the opportunity given by the Commission to provide input to the publication of the Inception Impact Assessment (the Document) on the ReFuel EU aviation sustainable aviation fuels.
Neste welcomes the ReFuelEU Aviation initiative. A European blending mandate for Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) is timely and necessary as it will immediately reduce CO2 emissions in the hardest to abate transport sector: aviation does not have an immediate alternative to fossil fuels.
GE Aviation has been actively involved in assessing and qualifying SAF since 2007 and works closely with SAF producers, regulators, and operators to ensure that SAF can be widely adopted for use in aviation. Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) are critical for the decarbonization of the aviation sector. For smaller aircraft, SAF will be a bridging measure until zero-emission technologies are mature and market ready.
GE Aviation supports the European Commission’s ambition to align GHG emission reporting methodologies. This will reduce the fragmentation that currently exists across the transport modalities and ultimately promote the uptake of emission reporting. Given the multitude of frameworks that are already in existence and/or currently being developed, there are certain considerations that should be taken into account.
Neste welcomes the initiative of the European Commission to provide a common framework for calculating GHG emissions of transport operations in the freight and passenger transport sectors. We share the concerns of the EU Commission about the rising levels of GHG emissions of the transport sector.
