We welcome the Commissions proposal to revise and clarify key provisions of Regulation (EU) 2018/848, especially the withdrawal of the previously announced positive list of permitted disinfectants and de-tergent, as well as the postponement of the expiry of equivalence arrangements with third countries until 2036.
