Side by side

Compare organizations

Consultation participation and their own register declarations, side by side. Counts, not judgments — participation is not influence.

Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Feedback on EC initiative "VAT in the digital age" We greatly value the European Commission's action plan for fair and simple taxation on whether the current VAT rules are adapted to doing business in the digital age. The initiative indicates that the EC wishes to achieve fair taxation of both online and traditional economic transactions.

The BDI welcomes the European Commission's proposal on VAT in the Digital Age (VIDA) to mod-ernise VAT reporting obligations by introducing Digital Reporting Requirements (DRR) by 2028. The Foreign Subsidies Regulation is an essential tool to prevent distortions of competition in the internal market. However, two years after the entry into force, many questions remain open and the bureaucratic burden on companies to process FSR reporting obligations internally is enormous. Any clear guidance on the application of the Regulation is therefore welcome.
