Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EU) 2026/2108 replaces the 2013 Union Customs Code and creates the EU Customs Authority and the EU Customs Data Hub. It applies from 21 September 2027, with Data Hub obligations phased in from 1 July 2028 and full use required from 1 March 2034. It binds importers, exporters, carriers and customs representatives, adding a Trust and Check trader scheme and distance-sales rules.
