European Digital Rights (EDRi) welcomes the opportunity to submit its analysis of the implementation of the Law Enforcement Directive (LED), based on independent research conducted in five Member States (Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece and Slovenia).
The **Federal Association ANUAS e.V.** welcomes the possibility to participate in the evaluation of the application and functioning of the Data Protection Law Enforcement Directive (EU) 2016/680. From the point of view of victim support, the evaluation should not only ask whether personal data are processed formally in accordance with the law by law enforcement, judicial and supervisory authorities.
