The **Federal Association ANUAS e.V.** welcomes the possibility to participate in the evaluation of the application and functioning of the Data Protection Law Enforcement Directive (EU) 2016/680. From the point of view of victim support, the evaluation should not only ask whether personal data are processed formally in accordance with the law by law enforcement, judicial and supervisory authorities.

B3Heckel OÜ is an Estonian company operating as a B2B sales agency across the EU. We contact only businesses and professionals in their professional capacity never private consumers. As a small European company that lives on cross-border trade, we welcome stronger privacy and consumer trust, but we ask lawmakers to consider how the reinforced GDPR/ePrivacy rules apply to legitimate business-to-business activity.

Method. Every quote is verbatim from the organization’s own submission to the European Commission, trimmed to its opening passage and never summarized by a model. Where a submission was filed in another EU language we show the English text the European Commission publishes alongside it, labeled on the quote; the original is one click away at the source. Groupings use the respondent type the organization itself selected when filing. We deliberately do not label anyone “supportive” or “opposed” — you read what they wrote and draw your own conclusion. Organizations only, never individuals. Reused under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU; the European Commission is not liable for this reuse.
