ZELEROS HYPERLOOP acknowledges the important work done by ERA from 2016 to 2021, and welcomes the European Commission evaluation of the agency’s work, as required by Article 82(1) of the Agency’s founding Regulation (EU) 2016/796 to provide our vision in relation to this new transport system.

NSA Norway welcomes the European Commission initiative to evaluate the work of the EU Agency for Railways. NSA Norway believes the Road Map on the evaluation of the work of the EU Agency for Railways overall covers the necessary points in such an evaluation. There are, however, a few points which might be beneficial to consider during the development of the evaluation, and possibly as part of the evaluation. 1.
The European Disability Forum (EDF) has been involved in the ERA Working Party tasked with the review and amendment of the TSI-PRM for more than a decade and considers it very useful for implementing the Regulation to advance accessibility of rail infrastructure and rolling stock for persons with disabilities.
