That is completely the wrong approach. We should not be making it even harder for small retailers to ship abroad. Instead, we should focus on the major players such as Temu to ensure that they do not flood our EU countries with huge quantities of cheap goods.

not in the EU Transparency RegisterThis organization files on consultations without a register number, so its record here is built from its filings alone. Register facts — staff, costs, accreditations — are not available for it.
Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

What they argued
CZ The European Commission’s efforts, i.e. a bureaucratic apparatus without real scrutiny, to create a “European Health Data Space” is legally and absolutely unacceptable for a number of reasons: — oversight of the public health of citizens of the Member States does not fall within the competence of the European Union (this is the sovereign competence of the citizens of the elected bodies of the Member States).
