EU cardiovascular health planfiled 9 Sept 2025source

I write in strong support of the EU Cardiovascular Health Plan and its goals to reduce cardiovascular disease (CVD). This initiative represents an important step forward in tackling Europe's leading cause of death and disability. However, the plan does not fully address health disparities among Member States, and it risks being a lost opportunity. Cardiovascular mortality rates differ widely across the EU.

EU cardiovascular health planfiled 8 Sept 2025PDFsource

EU Cardiovascular Health Plan: Open Public Consultation Dear Consultation Team, Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on the upcoming EU Cardiovascular Health Plan. I welcome the Commissions ambition to develop a comprehensive strategy, as cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death in the EU and disproportionately affect socially and economically marginalised groups.
