As Europes largest network of STEM teachers, the non-profit association Science on Stage Europe is in direct contact with teachers across Europe. Based on our experience and exchange with educators in our network, we believe that tackling the teacher shortage must start with making the teaching profession more attractive again. Too often, the teaching profession is perceived as underpaid, overworked and undervalued.
