Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 687 consultation files tracked so far (60,344 submissions, mostly 2021–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
Who they are
Among the 1139 non-governmental organisations on this site, they rank #774 by legislative files engaged, a count of participation, not a measure of influence.

Self-declared to the EU Transparency Register (snapshot 27 Oct 2026); cost bands are floors, not audited totals. Reused under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU.
Waste water reuse is often seen as an example of sustainable water use, but especially in Mediterranean climates, this is not the case. Reused water is often understood as a new water resource, but this is a conceptual error. Water abstracted from a river is used in a consuntive manner to a certain extent and the water not consumed is part of the returns returning back to the river.

The processes of modernising traditional irrigation systems to pressurised systems (drip and spraying) increase the efficiency of water transport and application and their essential aim is to increase production and automation of irrigation, but generally do not reduce water consumption but increase water consumption and do not guarantee the improvement of the water quality of its returns.
