What they argued

Implementing rules on registering in and reporting to the register of producersfiled 13 Aug 2026source

I understand the goals of PPWR, but the outcome is too extreme for businesses like mine where I am selling 500-1000 bottles of organic wine per year. I can easily declare that my glass bottles, labels, corks, wax and boxes are sustainable and recyclable, but the suppliers who produce these materials need to have the DoC available for me to download. The challenges I see are two fold: 1.

EU tourism strategyfiled 24 Jun 2025source

In addition to being a small winery, I offer tours and tastings of vineyards in Austria. I've been doing this for 2 years and have hosted more than 100 tourists, mostly from the USA, Canada, UK and Japan. Nearly all of my clients chose my tour because they want to meet small, independent organic wineries, which are not big tourist "traps" with bus loads of people.
