Introduction ECP4 (the European Composites, Plastics and Polymer Processing Platform) welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the Call for Evidence on the implementing and delegated acts to be adopted under Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40. Established in 2012, ECP4 brings together research and technology organisations and industrial actors across the composites, plastics, and polymer processing value chain.
