Dear Sirs, We have a comment to article 45 in the proposal, regarding Electronic systems. We would encourage the Commission to consider reusing existing mechanisms for the exchange of vehicle registration data. Eucaris is a well-functioning system where the relevant information is already exchanged between countries in Europe.
