On 27 April 2023, the Commission launched a public consultation on a proposal for a Regulation on Standard Essential Patents (‘SEPs’), amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1001. In order to contribute to the work on the adoption of this future regulation, the Federation of Vehicle Equipment Industries (FIEV) has drafted the attached written contribution.
