Response from the European Fluorocarbons Technical Committee (EFCTC) to the Inception Impact Assessment on the revision of Regulation No. 517/2014 (Ref. Ares (2020) 3402178 - 29/06/2020) is detailed in the attached document. While contributing to this consultation we remain very aware we are all still experiencing unprecedented times.
