Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 586 consultation files tracked so far (42,822 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
Baumschule filed 2 positions between 3 Sept 2026 and 7 Sept 2026, across 1 of the 586 legislative files tracked here, attaching a full position paper 1 time.
Hello, as a small horticultural company with four employees, we feel very burdened by the new regulations. We produce small quantities of plants ourselves. If a plant becomes too small for the pot used, individual plants of a ‘batch’ (sometimes consisting of only 10 plants) are sometimes packed into two different pot sizes. The old pots will not be thrown away, but we are waiting for their next use as planters.
