Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 583 consultation files tracked so far (42,224 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Who they are

Among the 361 trade unions and professional associations on this site, they rank #240 by legislative files engaged — a count of participation, not a measure of influence.

What they argued

Sustainable maritime fuels (FuelEU Maritime Initiative)filed 23 Apr 2020PDFsource

The International WindShip Association (IWSA) and the French Association Wind Ship (APTMD-IWSA) are pleased to present a joint submission to comment on this EC initiative. Although this initiative seems really relevant, we are concerned about the absence of an important source of renewable energy and of the technologies which allow it to be exploited: WIND.
