Our association seeks to protect the patient from the many fake therapies that can actively harm their health, delay or abandon scientifically endorsed treatment, or pay substantially for them. We believe that the measures proposed in the draft will bring about significant improvements in the research and technology of medicines, their efficacy and their safety, and thus the protection of patients.
