What they argued

List of non-OECD countries that are authorized to import certain non-hazardous waste from the EUfiled 16 Oct 2026source

Affalds- og Ressourceindustrien represents the Danish waste og resource sector. The resource sector is deeply concerned that the proposal from the Commission will undermine the collection and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals across the EU. It is a given that the EU should not export waste to countries that are not capable to handle the waste properly.
