Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EC) No 2111/2005 establishes an EU-wide list of air carriers subject to operating bans for safety reasons and requires air carriage contractors to inform passengers of the operating carrier's identity at reservation and of any changes. It applies to flights departing from or arriving in the EU, including third-country flights.
