Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 sets the EU framework for energy efficiency labelling, replacing Directive 2010/30/EU. It applies from 1 August 2017, with product database obligations starting 1 January 2019. Suppliers, importers, and dealers must provide A–G labels and product information sheets; the Commission must rescale labels for existing product groups by 2 August 2023.
